Terms of service

By signing up for, accessing, or using Cogneer ERP (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.

We offer Free, Starter, and Growth plans. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Trials last 14 days; if not converted to a paid plan, your account moves to Free with no charge. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose paid-for time.

You own the data you enter into Cogneer ERP. We process that data only to run the Service for you and to honour the contract you have with us. We never sell your data. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, reverse engineer the Service, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent security measures. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

We work hard to keep Cogneer ERP available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows; where possible we will give advance notice via the in-app banner and email.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these terms or for non-payment, with reasonable notice where the situation allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogneer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
