Privacy policy

We collect (a) the account details you give us when you sign up (name, email, business name, phone number); (b) the operational data you enter into Cogneer ERP (invoices, products, customers, etc.); and (c) standard technical metadata about your visits (IP address, browser, timestamps) to keep the Service running and to investigate abuse.

We use your data to provide the Service, to bill you, to send transactional emails (password resets, receipts, security alerts), and — only if you opt in — occasional product updates. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Operational data lives on servers in our infrastructure provider's data centres. Backups are encrypted at rest. We may use sub-processors (payment processors, email delivery providers, cloud infrastructure) — see the list in your dashboard under Settings → Privacy.

We protect your account with TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped API tokens, and role-based access controls inside the Service. Optional two-factor authentication is available for every account. Security incidents are disclosed promptly per Pakistan PDPA requirements.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. If you cannot achieve what you need from the dashboard, contact us at our contact form and we will help within one working day.

We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF, locale, theme preference). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time — you may need to sign in again afterwards.

Cogneer ERP is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are notified in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
